Overview

footage.one is designed for team collaboration. Multiple users can work on the same media archive simultaneously — with role-based access control.

Managing users

As an account administrator you can:

• Invite new users — add them to the account via email invitation
• Assign roles — different permission levels for different tasks
• Restrict access — make certain areas available only to selected users

Tips

• Clear role allocation — define who tags, who approves and who distributes
• Use episode level — assign teams to specific episodes to enable parallel working
