Can I try footage.one for free?
Yes, the Free plan is permanently free and includes 200 assets, 1 hour of video and 5 GB of storage. All paid plans can also be tried without obligation.
How many photos can I upload?
The Free plan includes 200 assets. From the Starter plan you can upload unlimited photos and documents – with no limit.
What happens when my video quota runs out?
You can add extra video hours at any time. The extra packages start at 50 hours for 19 EUR/month. Existing videos are of course preserved.
Can I connect my own storage?
Yes, from the Starter plan you can connect S3-compatible storage (AWS S3, MinIO, Wasabi), Google Drive, WebDAV and NAS systems. This keeps you in full control of your data.
How does billing work?
You can choose between monthly and annual billing. With annual payment you save 17% – equivalent to two free months. All prices are net, VAT not included.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, an upgrade is possible at any time – the difference is charged on a pro-rata basis. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What is AI Auto-Tagging?
AI Auto-Tagging automatically analyses your media with AI and suggests suitable keywords – for objects, scenes, colours and more. This saves an enormous amount of time when tagging.
Is footage.one GDPR-compliant?
Yes, footage.one is hosted in Europe and is fully GDPR-compliant. Your data does not leave the EU. With your own storage connection you retain full data sovereignty.
